Details
π 29.5" L x 19" W x 11.5" H | Rosewood | Made in Japan
A refined, airy display table. The top is a recessed panel in a frame with a softly rounded edge. Right under it, a gallery of slender turned spindles runs all the way around, set between two rounded rails. Below that, the rounded legs are joined by framed side stretchers, so the table looks light but sits rock solid.
Sized for a medium bonsai as the main tree in a show or tokonoma display, a forest planting, or a large suiseki.
Condition: Solid and square, all spindles present and tight. Light handling wear, a few fine scratches on the top, and one small pale nick on the front edge of the top.
Lot BD99-072 (Table #4). One of a kind. Also offered in the Bonsai Den 99 Cent auction on Facebook.
