Details
📏 17" L x 10" W x 7" H | Dark red hardwood | Made in Japan
A showpiece display table with deep, hand-carved detail on every side. The framed panel top has a rolled, moulded edge, sitting over a recessed waist with long pierced slots. Below that, the apron is carved right through with interlocking cloud scrolls and tendrils, meeting at a shield-shaped center on each side. The corners sweep down into leaf-wrapped legs that curl into round scroll feet. Polished to a deep, warm gloss.
🌳 Perfect for: a medium or large tree in a formal display, a mature shohin composition, or a prized suiseki. A stand like this lifts the whole display.
Condition: Excellent. Rich, even gloss with no cracks, chips or loose joints. Light handling marks only.
Lot BD99-041. One of a kind. Also offered in the Bonsai Den 99 Cent auction on Facebook.
