A vintage handmade mokko by Ito Gekkou, painted in cobalt sometsuke with framed village panels — a pavilion and houses among pines — alternating with floral and wave panels. A painted geometric band rings the rim.
Nail signature.
Ito Gekkou is known for finely detailed sometsuke painting — entire landscapes of mountains, water, and village life brushed in cobalt blue across small porcelain pots.
