A slender, tall stand built in the classic scholar's-table style. Framed panel top, a row of turned spindles under the apron on all four sides, long tapered legs ending in carved feet, and low stretchers tying it together. Rich grain on the top panel with a mellow aged finish.
The height makes it a natural fit for cascade and semi-cascade trees, trailing accents, or a small kusamono you want lifted to eye level in a display.
Condition: Solid and square. Light handling wear consistent with age, minor rubs on edges and stretchers. No breaks or loose joints.
